Detailed description:
Aluminum oxide-magnesia-carbon bricks of the PN series use premium quality bauxite as aggregate and focus on strengthening the matrix. With phenolic resin as a binder, they are pressed by machine. They have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, peeling resistance, and high strength.
Magnesite-aluminum oxide-carbon bricks of the PN series adjust the process and technology based on magnesium-carbon bricks, which increases the corrosion resistance and peeling resistance of the material. It is suitable for the bottom and wall of the ladle.

EAF Tap Hole Filling Mass
Product description:
Tap hole filler compound is used in the EAF tap hole to prevent molten steel from flowing into the tap hole prior to tapping. A sintered layer is formed on the exposed surface of the filler mass thick enough to prevent penetration of the molten steel, at the same time thin enough to allow it to break out under the pressure of the molten steel when the tap hole is open and the filler mass below the sintered layer can freely flow out.
The PN series of tap hole filling compounds have easy installation, safe application, non-floating, high self-opening rate, and non-pollution characteristics.
